Email tom@nuralabz.com. If it is about your subscription or something going wrong, include the support ID from the bottom of Settings — it is anonymous, and it is the only way we can find your purchase.

I subscribed but Pro is not on

Open Settings in Here and tap Restore purchases. Subscriptions belong to your Apple ID, so they come back on a new phone or after reinstalling — there is no account to sign in to.

How do I cancel?

iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Here. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Pro until the period ends. Refunds are handled by Apple.

My widget is not changing

Widgets refresh on iOS’s schedule rather than on demand, usually within a few hours. Opening Here refills them straight away. If a widget is blank, remove it and add it again.

Reminders are not arriving

Check iPhone Settings → Notifications → Here is allowed, then Settings → Reminders in the app. Reminders are scheduled on your phone about a week ahead, so opening the app occasionally keeps them topped up.

A topic looks empty

A muted subject can hide a whole topic — everything in “Love your body” is about the body, for instance. Check Settings → Content to avoid.

How do I delete everything?

Settings → Your data → Erase data on this device removes your reflections, favourites, collections, streak and reminders from the phone. Your subscription stays with your Apple ID and comes back with Restore purchases.
