These terms are between you and Nuralabz (Poland) and cover the Here iOS app. Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies; where the two disagree, Apple's wins.

Here is not medical advice

Here is an affirmations app. It is not therapy, treatment, or a substitute for professional care, and nothing in it diagnoses or treats any condition. If you are struggling, please talk to a doctor or a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.

Your licence

You may use Here on the Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal use. The affirmations, illustrations, design and code are ours and are protected by copyright; you may share the images the app creates, but not extract or republish the collection itself.

What you write in Here stays yours. We claim nothing in it, and we never see it.

Subscriptions

Here Pro costs £34.99 a year or £6.99 a month, with a 3-day free trial on the yearly plan for new subscribers. Prices in other countries are set by Apple's regional pricing.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn renewal off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or from Settings inside Here. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period.
Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited if you subscribe during it. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us.

Fair use

Please do not attempt to break, reverse engineer or resell the app, or use it to harm anyone. We may stop providing the app to someone who does.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Here reliable, but it is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and if you are a consumer your statutory rights are unaffected.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. They are governed by the law of Poland, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live.
